WORKING WITH 212 MAINTENANCE

Arranging your service

Basic information about requesting and arranging our cleaning services.

Quotes and scope

Quotes are based on the property details, floor type, approximate size, condition, and services discussed. The final scope and price are confirmed before work begins. Any additional work or price change must be discussed and approved before it is carried out.

Booking and scheduling

Submitting a website form is a request for contact, not a confirmed booking. Appointments are confirmed directly with 212 Maintenance and depend on service availability and property access.

Changes and cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling terms will be provided before you confirm your booking.

Property access and preparation

Customers should arrange safe access to the work area and tell us about access restrictions, building rules, fragile items, existing damage, or special surface-care requirements. Preparation, furniture moving, and access to utilities should be discussed before the appointment.

Cleaning results and aftercare

Results depend on the material, age, condition, staining, and previous treatment of the surface. Some stains, wear, discoloration, or damage may remain after cleaning. Drying times vary; please follow the aftercare guidance provided for your floors.

Payment

Payment methods, any agreed deposit, and payment due dates will be stated in your quote, service agreement, or invoice. Please raise any billing questions directly with us.

Questions or concerns

If you have a concern about your service, contact us promptly with the project details so we can review it and discuss an appropriate next step.

How these terms apply

These are general service terms. Any project-specific terms will be provided in your written quote or service agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
